Preparatory English Composition
This curriculum is designed to provide English language learners with an introduction to composition at the U.S. collegiate level. Focus is on extensive reading and writing practice with attention to figurative language, literary terminology, academic vocabulary, and use of outside source material. Taught by instructors with a background in second language teaching, this course serves as an equivalent to ENGL 107 for non-native speakers of English.
