PADM 399

Public Administration Internship

Students complete 45 hours of experiential work for each semester hour. Students typically work in a governmental office responsible for administering public policy on the national, state, or local level or in the office of a non-profit organization. Students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration must enroll for three semester hours and students pursuing the Bachelor of Science must enroll in six hours. The directing faculty member must approve the internship placement. Grades are assigned as S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory).
