History of Texas
3301 History of Texas (3-0). Texas from the earliest Native American inhabitants to the present. Topics covered include the war for independence, Reconstruction, recent political and social movements and the contributions of minority groups and women to the development and modernization of the state. Satisfactory completion of History 1301 and 1302 or equivalent American history credit is prerequisite to ad- vanced history courses (3000- and 4000- level courses).
