Renaissance and Reformation
3335 Renaissance and Reformation (3-0). Major developments in Europe from about 1450 to 1648, focusing on the humanist Renaissance, and Protestant Reformation, the Catholic reform movement, and the conflict of Protestants and Catholics through the Thirty Years War of 1618-1648. Satisfactory completion of History 1301 and 1302 or equivalent American history credit is prerequisite to advanced history courses (3000- and 4000- level courses).
