Capstone Practicum in Nursing Education

Capstone Practicum in Nursing Education (1-0-100). This course provides nurse educator students a supervised practicum experience in an educational setting. Learning experiences are planned to meet course and individual learning goals. Experiences will focus on developing skills in leadership, organizational and administrative roles, curriculum process, classroom/clinical teaching, and evaluation. Students will work with faculty to select appropriate practicum settings and will complete 100 clock-hours in the educator role.
