Basic Principles in Management

An introduction to best practices of a two way communication between administration and line staff to ensure good facility management. Students will develop their leadership and communications skills. The art of discipline and grievances will be explored. This course meets the training requirements as set forth by the Corrections Standards Authority for counties participating in the Standards and Training for Corrections Program.
