This capstone seminar course for all seniors majoring in studio art examines the integral relationship between the production of visual images and issues of faith. Students will investigate contemporary theories and practices in art production and criticism, while refining their own faith-centered studio practice. In addition, students will address ethical issues related to art making as they prepare for professional careers in art-related fields. Presentations, selected readings and class discussions; completion of a professional art portfolio and artist statement is required
