Introduction to Health Professions

Students considering a health-related pre-professional program and a career in health care will be introduced to various health professions, as well as the required preparation for these careers, to help them identify career path(s) they may want to pursue. Students will consider Christian perspectives on health professions, evaluate ethical dilemmas, and engage in discussions about current issues in the health-care field. Students will also receive certifications that will prepare them for shadowing and volunteer experiences
