Strategies: Synthesis of Nursing Care across the Lifespan

In this nursing laboratory course, students will synthesize techniques of health promotion and health protection for and with individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan in complex health situations. Students will focus on critical thinking and decision making principles in nursing practice. The course will include multifaceted, laboratory simulations that require students to analyze and synthesize assessment data and design care with other health care professionals. Students will integrate their knowledge of the Christian perspective, core virtues, and diversity into the care that they design
