This course explores generalist social work practice with organizations and communities with an emphasis on how social workers plan and implement change at the macro level. This course examines both the historical context of social work with organizations and communities as well as systems and strategies for engagement, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation at multiple levels. Prerequisites for social work majors only: SOWK 320, SOWK 350, SOWK 360, and SOWK 370
