Animal Cell Culture

Theoretical and practical introduction to methods of animal cell culture necessary for reseach in biomedical or biotech labs and in the pharmaceutical industry. Techniques will include choice of medium, passaging, freezing, tests of purity and viability, stable and transient transfection, and preparing primary cultures.
