CNS 650

Case Conceptualization and Treatment

Designed to help counseling students use diagnostic information in planning appropriate counseling interventions with clients. Students become familiar with major treatment modalities and learn to make effective choices among them for individual clients. The role of cultural, social, and individual variables in treatment planning is emphasized. Case studies are utilized frequently.
