Mild/Moderate Classroom Management & Behavior Intervention

Student must have a declared major in the College of Education and Human Services.Leadership in education requires skills for teaching all students in the classroom as well as teaching students in non-traditional learning environments. Successful teaching rests on a strong foundation and working knowledge of the basic principles of learning as well as fluency in applying a variety of data-driven, best practice approaches for increasing prosocial skills while decreasing aberrantbehavior across the range of instructional environments. This course covers the utilization of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Support to ensure the academic and social success of school students.
