Assessment-based Curriculum and Instruction for Students w Mild/Mod Dis

Focus is on the development and utilization of appropriate assessment-based curriculum and instruction for individuals with mild/moderate educational needs. Participants develop an understanding of the relationships among assessment issues, learning environments and instructional practices employed in learning environments for students with disabilities. Clinical or field experience required. Required for first licensure as a Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist. This course requires 35 hours of field experience.
