Managed Care Arrangements

Course work designed to provide class participants with the ability to operationalize workable strategies consistent with a managed care environment. Emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of managed care as a concept and then acquiring the requisite tools, such as capitation and contract negotiation needed for implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of services in a managed care environment in both the public and the private sectors.
