Community-Based Participatory Research and Health

Introduces general theories, principles, and strategies of Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) including strengths and limitations of CBPR, and the practical and ethical issues involved when collaborating with communities, the quantitative and qualitative methods used in CBPR. Students will participate in service learning and develop a research proposal.
