New Product Development, Marketing, and Management

A study of the latest practices, processes, methodology, marketing, and management of the development, introduction, and successful product life-cycle management of new-technology products. Topics include opportunity identification, new products development process, alternative evaluation, product test (marketing) strategies, introduction and roll-out strategies, and customer support.
