Decision Support and Business Intelligence Systems

Introduces decision support systems concepts, methodologies, decision analysis, modeling, optimization and integration of intelligent systems. Provides hands-on instructions for building spreadsheet-based Decision Support Systems (DDS). Students learn analytical technologies used to create dashboards and scorecards, data, text and Web mining methods for trend and artificial intelligence techniques. Illustrates various intelligent techniques of business analytics through case studies from management, business administration and operations research.
