Project Management for Business and Technology

Designed to teach students how to design, implement and control "business" and "technical" projects. Students will be exposed to projects in product development, marketing, process improvement, and engineering projects to learn the differences and similarities in managing them as well as the human side of project management. The course coverage is intended for advanced undergraduate students and it is designed to help them get started as project managers. The course coverage also prepares students for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification exam. Microsoft Project package will be used during lab hours.
