I only went here because it's cheaper than a 4 year. It's usually too difficult to get into the classes you want. The wireless network is terrible and slow - i can never get connected to it.

The student teacher ratio is great. My professors are helpful, and willing to go the long distance to answer any questions. The staff in the financial aid office are very helpful. I am currently in the process of verfing my financial aid.

I like that there is so many courses available both on campus and online. I recommend if you plan to transfer to contact the universities you are trying to transfer.

My school really cares about finding out what the student needs to get through school. The facilities on the campus are great. The gym is old but they are about to renovate it. The computer network is very reliable.

I spended two years there and never had a problem looking for help. The workload I have taken on in online classes are average. I love this school, because you get to get involve in everything around the campus and experience in the classroom and in clubs.

College of the Desert is a two-year junior college in the beautiful Coachella Valley. It is very diverse and you feel welcome wherever you go. I'm not able to get financial aid so I pay for everything but I hope this year I do.
