Exercise Testing and Prescription

An introduction to field and laboratory based physical fitness testing: application of physiological principles to design safe and effective exercise programs for the apparently healthy, as well as for individuals with obesity, coronary disease, diabetes, and other degenerative diseases. This course will include a research project requiring research design, data collection and analysis. Spring
