EEX 4221

Assessment of Exceptional Education Students

The purpose of this course is to examine the various assessment strategies for diagnosis and intervention of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs of students who qualify for exceptional student education (ESE) services. It will include development of individual education plans to align curriculum, instructional methods, and evaluations to meet the identified needs of students. This courserequires field experience in the public schools. This course is a 7 week class and may be offered during the FA term.
