Leadership in a Complex World - Army ROTC - MSL 402

Course explores the dynamics of leading Soldier's in Full Spectrum Operations in the Operating Environment (OE). The couse places significant emphasis on preparing Cadets for their first unit of assignment. It uses case studies, scenarios and What Now, Lieutenant? exercises to prepare Cadets to face the complex ethical and practical demands of leading as a commissioned officer in the US Army. A leadership laboratory and physical training course is mandatory.
