Curriculum Development for Young Children

This course analyzes childrens thinking as it influences curriculum design in early childhood. It explores the educational needs of young children from ages 0 - 8 (Pre-K 3rd grade) in the cognitive realm of scientific, social, mathematical, and language learning. Field participation in early childhood settings is required.
