Apprenticeship in Development of Teachers

The Development of Teachers apprenticeship of at least 150 hours of field experience requires the doctoral student to participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training for early childhood teachers who are currently working in the field. The training will be specifically designed for teachers working with children from birth to age eight and developed in collaboration with a mentor who has experience in effectively working with adult learners.
