Effective Organizational Cultures

Students will study the elements that contribute to the development of effective organizational. The course will focus on the critical importance of leadership in creating organizational cultures and will stress the importance of developing a shared vision within the organization. Students will learn strategies for developing organizational cultures that promote reflection, action, and the continuous improvement of performance.
