Field Methods in Paleontology

The goal of this course is to prepare students for fieldwork on established paleontological sites. The focus of each class will be the Gray Fossil Site in Washington County, TN, but additional Pleistocene sites from the region will also be utilized. Four days in the field and one day in the classroom, weekly.
