Law of Commercial Transactions
Survey of the law of commercial transactions including contracts, sales and agency partnerships, corporations, commercial paper, secured transactions, and bankruptcy. The course should be helpful in giving one a general knowledge of the substantive law of business and in preparing for the law section of the CPA exam.
