Planning and Staffing

An in-depth review of the concepts and techniques of planning and staffing used by organizations to ensure adequate recruitment and selection of skilled employees. Topics to be covered include staffing models, economic and labor market conditions, the impact of units in hiring, legal factors in recruiting and selection, strategic planning, job analysis, forecasting labor supply and demand, measurement issues, external and internal recruitment and selection, and staffing system management.
