HRM Certification
A review of the content domain of human resource management topics as defined by the Society for Human Resource Management. Students will prepare for the Society of Human Resource Managements Human Resource Certification Institution Examination. Major content areas include: professionalism and ethics, management practices, selection and placement, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and health, safety and security. Practice exams are a major focus.
