Clinical Nutrition I
Principles of clinical nutrition therapy, nutrition related terminology, and implementation and monitoring of nutrition care. Begin the application of principles of clinical nutrition to nutrition assessment and nutrition support, as well as prevention and treatment of chronic disease and drug-nutrient interaction.
