NURS 1051

Medical-Surgical Nursing I Clinical (TN eCampus)

The clinical course operationalizes the development and implementation of plan(s) of care to promote, maintain and restore optimum health for diverse clients experiencing alterations in specified life function(s); protective, fluid/gas transport, elimination, nutrition/metabolism and growth and development. The student will apply management principles and use therapeutic communication while providing care to client(s) in a variety of clinical settings: acute care, ambulatory and community-based settings.
