Administration, Management, & Leadership in PT

Introduction to the principles of administration and management as they relate to the practice and business of physical therapy. Students investigate how health care policy impacts the practice of physical therapy. Students also study leadership theories and principles that can be used to improve patient outcomes and employee satisfaction.
