PSYC 5220

Personality and Psychotherapy Models

The purpose of this course is to provide a graduate-level exploration of traditional models of psychotherapy and associated personality theories. Its intent is to consider in some depth specific aspects of normal and abnormal interpersonal adjustment and to provide a basis for the students own thinking about how people develop and come to have problems as well as models of psychotherapeutic change. This course is based in reading, discussion, and presentation of course material from textbook and primary sources.
