Preclinical Experience: Behavior Management

Preclinical experience in special education is a supervised opportunity for students to gain experience in the classroom and other settings which provide direct instruction to children and youth with disabilities. The student will work with the classroom teacher to target classroom behavior problems and develop, implement, and evaluate the effects of interventions for that behavior. Students will also implement a functional analysis project for a specific childs behavior.
