I like LMC for it's independence and goal-oriented educational system. I love the way the teachers care about the students at Los Medanos college. The classes are very diverse in ethnic groups and ages of the students.

The campus is filled with outstanding staff that are always ready to help. Teachers are friendly, will always communicate with you, and for the most part are easy to talk to if you ever need help with something you are doing in the class. There are so many different clubs that you can join. I am apart of the Honors program, which is the only Honors program available in the bay area. I also enjoy the fact that the school is very diverse. The environment is so welcoming. We have students who come from far and close, and those who are young and older.

I took Astronomy and i absolutely loved my professors. They are very helpful and try their best to teach the courses, which they do very well. Also the community in general is very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is there to help you through your journey.

Los Medanos is a great college if you want to transfer after two years. My three year experience at Los Medanos College has been great overall. The counselors are very helpful as well as the professors.

When i went there wasn't much to the school, was in a hurry to leave the place. I don't really miss it. The teachers are sweet and the classes are small! The main campus is larger than expected, and it has an interesting ambience.
