In this course the students will learn to create, execute and analyze budgets used in public, non-profit and for-profit organizations. The course will teach students specific tools using case studies and exercises. The course will cover budget analysis, development, formulation, cost and revenueestimation, budget execution, strategies and tactics and evaluation of operating and capital budgets. The implementation of financial controls will be emphasized
