This course studies the principles and practices of compensation and benefit management, with an emphasis on strategic analysis, as well as current human resource theory and practices. The course examines the field of compensation and benefits by addressing both intrinsic and extrinsic issues as well as the basis for compensation, compensation systems, benefits, executive compensation, and the international implications of the global economy
