EMS Education

EMS Educations is an introduction to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) educational practices. Theoretical concepts and issues will be discussed and examined in order to provide the student with a conceptual basis for understanding an analyzing EMS educational requirements in academic institutions as well as EMS systems. Particular emphasis will be placed on educational components, state, national and accreditational requirements and the roles and responsibilities of educators in EMS organizations. Three hours of lecture per week
