This field-based internship in practical theology utilizes the dynamics of mentored ministry by integrating academic learning with character formation and professional competencies. It includes the clarification of one’s calling to ministry, the identification of personal strengths and weaknesses, and the development of character and ministry-specific skill sets which results in transformational servant leadership.
