Principles of Lifetime Fitness

All students must complete this introductory wellness course that includes physical fitness, exercise prescription, nutrition, weight management, and stress. A key element for this foundational course is an assessment of the student’s cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students will be expected to participate in an aerobic and anaerobic training program.
