A study of the legal aspects of real and personal property such as: the history and operation of the court and legislative systems, as well as issues in negotiable instruments, partnerships and corporations, bailments and carriers, estates and trusts, ownership of real property, landlord-tenant property law, sales and lease contracts, intellectual property, bankruptcy, insurance and agency.
