CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN LAW AND ECONOMICS

A systematic and in-depth examination of current interests in business, economics and law. Emphasis is on understanding economic theories and principles underlying the legal framework that regulates business practices and policies. Objective is to understand the interplay of business, economics and law in analyzing how laws shape economic incentives to alter behavior of economic agents, businesses and government.
