HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION

The course will familiarize students with the concept of Quality and the process of Quality Improvement across the health care continuum. Students will review the strategies that health care systems from across the United States have implemented to achieve the Institute of Medicine's goals to make quality health care more timely, effective, equitable, efficient, safe, and patient-centered.
