NUR 2045

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

This course focuses on the collection, organization, and analysis of information relevant to a person's health status. Emphasis is on developing skills necessary for taking a health history and conducting a comprehensive physical assessment of a well adult, applying critical thinking to the information obtained, and correct documentation of assessment findings.
