Cell and Tissue Culture

Basic laboratory techniques in plant and animal tissue culture. Topics include growth analysis, mutation induction, hybridoma production, cell cycle analysis, and cell fusion. Topics and experiments from recent literature will be emphasized. One hour of lecture and two 3-hour laboratories per week
