Web Development

Introduction to design and programming of web applications HTML, (including HTML5) and CSS. Basic server-side programming, (e.g., HTTP requests, responses and state); client-side programming, (e.g., document object model updating using Javascript or equivalent); client-server integration, (e.g., Ajax). Extensive laboratory work. One major programming project for each of the four sections in the course. May not be taken by students with undergraduate credit in CSCI 475
