Orientation in Child Development Laboratory

A prepracticum seminar, which focuses on preparation of pre-service professionals in early childhood settings. Familiarity with health and safety regulatory guidelines within childcare as defined by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services licensing regulations. Professional issues and conduct are reviewed as defined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children standards and criteria. Includes CPR and First Aid training requirements
