Designed to continue to build skills and knowledge about data analytics on consumer and enterprise social media platforms. Understanding of various analytics techniques to analyze data generated on consumer oriented social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook as well as enterprise social media platforms such as Yammer and Chatter. Focus on understanding how businesses can leverage data to meet the objectives of their business functions such as information technology, marketing, and customer relationship management
