Recruiting and Selecting Human Resources

Provides students in-depth knowledge of the human resources planning, recruitment, and selection activities performed in organizations. Exposure to the variety of recruiting sources and hiring techniques managers use to staff the organization will be stressed. The focus will be on developing within the student the ability to design recruitment and selection programs that support the organizations short-and long-term strategies
